BUYVEX COMMERCE LLC values customer satisfaction and provides a transparent return process.

15-Day Return Window

Customers may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be in original condition

  • Item must be in original packaging

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 15 days.

In such cases:

  • A replacement or full refund will be provided

  • Return shipping costs (if required) will be covered by us

Change of Mind Returns

For returns not related to damage or defect:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Item must meet eligibility requirements

Refund Without Return

In certain situations, BUYVEX COMMERCE LLC may issue a refund without requiring the product to be returned. This decision is made at our sole discretion.

Refund Processing

Once approved (and item received if applicable), refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
